1. Agreement

By accessing pocketprotector.poker or purchasing a Pocket Protector product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase our products.

2. Products

The Pocket Protector is a passive RFID field detection device, magnifying lens, and physical card protector. It is a receive-only device that does not transmit, read, write, clone, or interfere with any RFID signal.

The device is intended for personal use as a poker card protector and card inspection tool. Final Table makes no claims regarding the detection of specific cheating methods and does not guarantee the prevention of cheating.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You will not be charged until your order ships. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the purchase price.

4. Shipping

• United States: Free shipping via USPS (2-5 business days)
• Canada: $9.99 flat rate (7-14 business days)
• International: $14.99 flat rate (7-21 business days)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

5. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Pocket Protector, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Product must be in original condition (not damaged through misuse)
• Contact info@finaltable.co to initiate a return
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product

6. Lifetime Warranty

Every Pocket Protector is covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from drops, impacts, or misuse
• Cosmetic wear from normal use (scratches, patina)
• Modifications or disassembly
• Damage from exposure to chemicals or extreme temperatures beyond operating range

To make a warranty claim, email info@finaltable.co with your order number and a description of the defect.

7. Affiliate Program

Affiliates earn commissions on referred sales. Commission rates and terms may vary. Final Table reserves the right to modify commission rates, approve or reject applications, and terminate affiliate accounts for any reason. Affiliates must not misrepresent the product or make false claims.

• A minimum unpaid balance of $50 is required before a payout is processed.
• Payouts are issued monthly via PayPal or direct deposit.
• Self-referrals — using your own referral code to purchase a product — are not eligible for commission and may result in account termination.
• Affiliates must actively promote the product to remain eligible. Accounts with no referred sales within 90 days may be reviewed or suspended.

"Pocket Protector" and "Final Table" are trademarks of Final Table, Inc. All content on this website, including text, images, design, and code, is the property of Final Table, Inc. and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Pocket Protector is sold as-is for use as a card protector and inspection tool. Final Table is not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to losses at poker games.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
